Who we are
This website is operated by Cornwall Design & Print, a design, web and print studio based in Truro, Cornwall. What we collect and why
We only collect what we need, for clear reasons.

We do not collect special category data, we do not run advertising or profiling, and we never sell your data.
How your enquiry is handled
The contact form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which transmits your submission to us by email. Your enquiry then sits in our email and project records. We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business records, and we review and remove old correspondence periodically.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. This site does not set any tracking or advertising cookies, and it sets no analytics cookies until you agree.
Consent first
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Nothing that identifies you is measured until you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked every time.

Changing your mind
To withdraw analytics consent, clear this site's data in your browser settings (which removes the stored choice and any analytics cookies); the banner will then appear again on your next visit and you can Decline. You can also block or delete cookies entirely in your browser.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of trusted providers purely to run the site and respond to you. They process data on our behalf, under their own privacy terms:
- 20i — UK web hosting for this website.
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our email.
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage measurement, only with your consent.
We may also share information where we are legally required to. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA except through the standard safeguards these mainstream providers operate.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email enquiries@cornwalldesignandprint.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
